Vegan Spinach and Cashew Puffs
Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry store-bought or homemade
- 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
- 1/2 cup cashews chopped
- 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil for sautéing

- Unfold puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
