Instructions

  • In another bowl, whisk together coconut sugar, molasses, melted coconut oil, and almond milk.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until smooth dough forms.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and coat in granulated sugar.
  • Place cookies on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden.
