  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  • In another bowl, whisk together coconut sugar, molasses, melted coconut oil, and almond milk.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until smooth dough forms.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and coat in granulated sugar.
  • Place cookies on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden.
  • Cool on a rack and enjoy.
