  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine oats, flour, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
  • Add maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  • Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, pressing gently to form cookies.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  • Allow to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
