- Plant-based pork-style chops soy or wheat protein: 2 pieces (120 g each)
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Garlic minced: 1 tsp
- Onion finely chopped: ¼ cup
- Unsweetened soy milk: ¾ cup
- Cashew cream: ¼ cup
- Nutritional yeast: 1 tbsp
- Dijon mustard: 1 tsp
- Smoked paprika: ½ tsp
- Black pepper: ½ tsp
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Fresh parsley chopped: 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and sear plant-based chops for 3 minutes per side.
