  • Plant-based pork-style chops soy or wheat protein: 2 pieces (120 g each)
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic minced: 1 tsp
  • Onion finely chopped: ¼ cup
  • Unsweetened soy milk: ¾ cup
  • Cashew cream: ¼ cup
  • Nutritional yeast: 1 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard: 1 tsp
  • Smoked paprika: ½ tsp
  • Black pepper: ½ tsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Fresh parsley chopped: 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and sear plant-based chops for 3 minutes per side.
  • Remove chops, add onion and garlic, sauté using remaining oil for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour soy milk and cashew cream, whisk smoothly, then add mustard, yeast, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer sauce for 5 minutes, return chops, and cook 7 minutes, spooning sauce generously.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot with confidence.
