Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet on medium flame.
  • Pour olive oil.
  • Place vegan chops in pan.
  • Cook 3 minutes.
  • Flip gently.
  • Add garlic.
  • Add oregano.
  • Add thyme.
  • Add pepper.
  • Add salt.
  • Mix lemon juice in bowl.
  • Add lemon zest.
  • Add water.
  • Add maple syrup.
  • Whisk mixture well.
  • Pour mixture over chops.
  • Reduce heat.
  • Flip again.
  • Let sauce thicken.
  • Serve warm with parsley.
