  • 1/4 cup natural almond butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup vegan marshmallow fluff or homemade
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine melted coconut oil, almond butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  • Stir shredded coconut into the mixture until evenly distributed.
  • Spoon half the mixture into molds or liners.
  • Add a small dollop of vegan marshmallow fluff in the center.
  • Cover with remaining chocolate mixture, smoothing the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes until firm.
  • Pop out and enjoy guilt-free s’mores magic.
