A vegan, keto-friendly treat combining chocolate, coconut, and marshmallow flavors into portable fat bombs.

- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/4 cup natural almond butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener erythritol or monk fruit
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup vegan marshmallow fluff or homemade
- Pinch of salt
In a bowl, combine melted coconut oil, almond butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
Stir shredded coconut into the mixture until evenly distributed.
Spoon half the mixture into molds or liners.
Add a small dollop of vegan marshmallow fluff in the center.
Cover with remaining chocolate mixture, smoothing the top.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes until firm.
Pop out and enjoy guilt-free s’mores magic.
