Instructions

  • Mash the bananas: Use a fork or masher until smooth.
  • Mix wet ingredients: In a bowl, whisk eggs, honey, oil, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
  • Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Blend everything: Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, stirring gently.
  • Add the milk: Stir until the batter is smooth.
  • Fold in extras: Toss in walnuts or chocolate if desired.
  • Bake: Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
  • Cool and serve: Let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
