Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk flour, plant-based milk, water, and spices in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Toss cauliflower florets in the batter, ensuring an even coat.
  • Arrange florets on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway for even crispiness.
  • Melt vegan butter in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in hot sauce, maple syrup, and garlic powder.
  • Remove baked cauliflower from the oven and toss in buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  • Return to oven for 10 more minutes, allowing the sauce to bake in.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, then serve immediately with your favorite dip.
