- 1 cup firm tofu cubes
- ½ cup chopped carrots
- ½ cup potatoes diced
- ¼ cup onions
- ¼ cup peas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups water or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Heat oil in a pot.
Add onions and garlic paste.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add tofu cubes and soy sauce.
Stir and cook 3 minutes.
Add carrots, potatoes, and peas.
Mix well.
Add thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour in broth or water.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add lemon juice.
Garnish with coriander.
