Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef lean: 500g
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic minced: 2 cloves
  • Onion chopped: 1 medium
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Whole wheat wraps: 4 large
  • Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Lettuce shredded: 1 cup
  • Tomato sliced: 1 cup
  • Shredded cheese: 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and aromatic.
  • Add 500g ground beef, cook thoroughly while breaking apart until browned and fully cooked.
  • Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, mixing evenly to coat beef with seasoning.
  • Warm wraps slightly in a pan or microwave until soft and flexible.
  • Spread Greek yogurt over each wrap, then add beef, lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese.
  • Fold tightly into wraps and serve immediately.
