- Ground beef lean: 500g
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic minced: 2 cloves
- Onion chopped: 1 medium
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Cumin: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Whole wheat wraps: 4 large
- Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
- Lettuce shredded: 1 cup
- Tomato sliced: 1 cup
- Shredded cheese: 1/2 cup
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and aromatic.
Add 500g ground beef, cook thoroughly while breaking apart until browned and fully cooked.
Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, mixing evenly to coat beef with seasoning.
Warm wraps slightly in a pan or microwave until soft and flexible.
Spread Greek yogurt over each wrap, then add beef, lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese.
Fold tightly into wraps and serve immediately.
