- 3 ripe peaches peeled and pitted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 cup coconut water for smooth texture
Peel and pit the peaches.
Toss the peaches in the blender with lemon juice and maple syrup.
Add coconut water for the right consistency.
