- 1 bottle white wine 750ml
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 2 medium apples thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup brandy optional
- 1/4 cup ginger ale or sparkling water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick optional
In a large pitcher or bowl, pour the white wine.
Add caramel sauce, stirring until well combined.
Slice apples thinly and add them to the pitcher.
Pour in brandy (optional) and lemon juice. Stir to mix.
Top with ginger ale or sparkling water for fizz.
Add cinnamon stick for extra spice (optional).
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to let the flavors mingle.
