Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle white wine 750ml
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 medium apples thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup brandy optional
  • 1/4 cup ginger ale or sparkling water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher or bowl, pour the white wine.
  • Add caramel sauce, stirring until well combined.
  • Slice apples thinly and add them to the pitcher.
  • Pour in brandy (optional) and lemon juice. Stir to mix.
  • Top with ginger ale or sparkling water for fizz.
  • Add cinnamon stick for extra spice (optional).
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to let the flavors mingle.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
