- 1 cup vegan beef chunks
- ½ cup onions
- ½ cup tomatoes
- ½ cup diced potatoes
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- Fresh coriander
Heat oil in a pot.
Add onions, ginger, and garlic.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and potatoes.
Stir and cook 3 minutes.
Add vegan beef.
Add curry powder, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.
Add coconut milk and water.
Simmer 20 minutes until thick.
Garnish with coriander.
