Vegan Sweet Potato Croquettes
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs gluten-free if needed
- 1/4 cup cooked chickpeas mashed
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
