Ingredients
- Vegan burger mince soy or pea protein based: 300 g
- Breadcrumbs: ½ cup
- Onion finely chopped: ¼ cup
- Garlic minced: 1 tsp
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Smoked paprika: 1 tsp
- Black pepper: ½ tsp
- Salt: ¾ tsp
- Dijon mustard: 1 tsp
- Mini burger buns: 6
- Lettuce leaves: 6
- Tomato slices: 6
Instructions
- Add vegan mince using 300 g to a mixing bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix gently until combined, avoiding overworking.
- Shape mixture into 6 small patties evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Place patties carefully and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Toast mini buns lightly if desired.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, and patties.
