Protein Chocolate Mousse Recipe

- Silken tofu: 200 g
- Unsweetened cocoa powder: 2 tbsp
- Plant-based protein powder chocolate or unflavored: 2 scoops (about 40 g)
- Maple syrup: 2 tbsp
- Almond butter: 1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
- Unsweetened almond milk: ¼ cup
- Pinch of salt
