  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: 2 tbsp
  • Plant-based protein powder chocolate or unflavored: 2 scoops (about 40 g)
  • Maple syrup: 2 tbsp
  • Almond butter: 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
  • Unsweetened almond milk: ¼ cup
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Add silken tofu to the blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • Add cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla, milk, and salt.
  • Blend again until creamy, thick, and glossy with no visible lumps.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa intensity if needed.
