Ingredients
Cookie Dough
- 1 cup oat flour finely ground
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder whey or plant based
- 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 large egg room temperature
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk oat flour and protein powder in a bowl until evenly mixed and fluffy.
