Ginger Sesame Stir-Fried Tofu
This Ginger Sesame Stir-Fried Tofu is the kind of dish that makes you feel like you’ve got your life together — even if you don’t. Crispy tofu bathes in a glossy sesame-ginger glaze that’s sweet, spicy, and suspiciously addictive. Each bite bursts with umami and just enough sass to make you forget it’s healthy. The aroma alone could convince your ex to come back (don’t let them). It’s quick, stunning, and ready faster than your skincare routine. Perfect for weeknights when you need something flavorful, balanced, and fabulous — just like you, obviously.
