Ingredients
Cookie Dough
- 1 cup rolled oats old fashioned
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder favorite brand
- 2 pieces ripe bananas mashed
- 1 piece egg room temperature
- 2 tbsp peanut butter smooth
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon optional
- 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add oats, protein powder, mashed bananas, egg, peanut butter, vanilla, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl. Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips and mix gently so the dough stays soft and evenly combined.
- Scoop portions onto the tray and lightly flatten each cookie for even baking.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges turn golden and the centers feel set.
- Cool on the pan briefly, then transfer to a rack. Enjoy warm or chill before serving.
