Crockpot Keto Pulled Pork
Ingredients
- 1 lb vegan pulled pork-style strips seitan or soy-based
- 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce check labels or homemade
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
