Instructions
 

  • Roast the apples: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss apples with butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, and bourbon. Roast for 20 minutes.
  • Make the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • Prepare the cheesecake: Beat softened cream cheese with sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
