Chicken Bites Recipe
Ingredients
- Vegan chicken chunks soy or pea protein: 250 g
- All-purpose flour: 3 tbsp
- Cornflour: 2 tbsp
- Garlic powder: ½ tsp
- Smoked paprika: ½ tsp
- Black pepper: ¼ tsp
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Plant milk: ¼ cup
- Oil for pan-frying: 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Add flour, cornflour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to a bowl.
- Pour plant milk slowly and whisk into a thick coating batter.
- Add vegan chicken using 250 g and coat evenly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Place coated bites in the pan, spacing slightly.
- Cook 3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Flip gently to avoid coating damage.
- Remove when crunchy outside and hot inside.
