- All-purpose flour: 3 tbsp
- Cornflour: 2 tbsp
- Garlic powder: ½ tsp
- Smoked paprika: ½ tsp
- Black pepper: ¼ tsp

- Plant milk: ¼ cup
- Oil for pan-frying: 2 tbsp
