Ingredients
- Plant-based whey-style protein powder pea/soy blend: 1½ cups
- Rolled oats: ¾ cup
- Oat flour: ½ cup
- Peanut butter or almond butter: ½ cup
- Maple syrup: ¼ cup
- Almond milk unsweetened: ¼ cup
- Baking powder: ½ tsp
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- Salt: a pinch
- Dark chocolate chunks vegan, optional: 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking tray with parchment paper.
- Add protein powder, oats, oat flour, baking powder, and salt to a bowl.
