15g Protein Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- Rolled oats: 1 cup
- Oat flour: ½ cup
- Vanilla protein powder plant-based: ¾ cup
- Peanut butter: ⅓ cup
- Maple syrup: ¼ cup
- Almond milk unsweetened: ¼ cup
- Baking powder: ½ tsp
- Cinnamon powder: ½ tsp
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- Salt: a pinch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking tray with parchment.
