Beef Curry Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan beef chunks
- ½ cup onions
- ½ cup tomatoes
- ½ cup diced potatoes
- 1 tablespoon oil

- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon chili powder

- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- Fresh coriander
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot.
- Add onions, ginger, and garlic.
- Cook 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and potatoes.
- Stir and cook 3 minutes.
- Add vegan beef.
- Add curry powder, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Add coconut milk and water.
- Simmer 20 minutes until thick.
