Zucchini and Feta Veggie Burger Recipe
Zucchini and feta veggie burgers prove that plant-based meals don’t have to be boring or sad-looking.
Grated zucchini keeps patties moist, while vegan feta adds a tangy, creamy punch that makes every bite unforgettable.
Mix in fresh herbs, garlic, and onion for a flavor profile that even carnivores secretly crave at dinner parties.
Pan-sear or bake until golden brown, creating a perfect balance of crisp edges and soft, juicy interior.
Serve on whole-grain buns with leafy greens or roasted peppers, because a dull burger is a crime against brunch.
Top with vegan mayo, sriracha, or avocado slices for extra flair and Instagram-worthy presentation.
