Ingredients
Vegan yogurt
coconut, soy, or almond: 1 cup
Granola
vegan: ¼ cup
Mixed berries
strawberries, blueberries: ½ cup
Maple syrup or agave: 1 tbsp
Chia seeds: 1 tsp
Sliced almonds or nuts: 1 tbsp
Instructions
Spoon half the vegan yogurt into a serving glass.
Add a layer of berries followed by granola.
Repeat with remaining yogurt and fruit.
Drizzle maple syrup evenly over the top.
Finish with chia seeds and almonds before serving.
