Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cup pesto store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes optional for extra spice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lay tortilla chips flat, shaping them into mini cones or using a cookie cutter.
  • Brush each chip lightly with olive oil.
  • Spoon a small amount of pesto on top of each chip.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pesto.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese melts and edges crisp up.
