Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion, carrots, and garlic, cook 3 minutes.
Stir in green peas and cook 2 minutes.
Add cooked rice and stir well.
Pour soy sauce and rice vinegar into skillet.
Season with black pepper.
Cook mixture 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Sprinkle green onions before serving.
