Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked rice preferably chilled
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup green peas
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onion, carrots, and garlic, cook 3 minutes.
  • Stir in green peas and cook 2 minutes.
  • Add cooked rice and stir well.
  • Pour soy sauce and rice vinegar into skillet.
  • Season with black pepper.
  • Cook mixture 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Sprinkle green onions before serving.
