- 1 cup red grapes halved
- ½ cup celery diced
- ½ cup walnuts toasted and chopped
- ½ cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Lettuce leaves optional, for serving
Chop It Up: Dice the apples, halve the grapes, and chop the celery for maximum crunch.
