- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Add oats, cinnamon, salt, and chia seeds to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
Fold in nuts, cranberries, chocolate chips, and sunflower seeds.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet.
