  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Add oats, cinnamon, salt, and chia seeds to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
  • Fold in nuts, cranberries, chocolate chips, and sunflower seeds.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet.
  • Flatten each cookie slightly.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Let them cool before enjoying!
