- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup vegan butter softened
- 1/4 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup vegan mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs crushed
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together coconut sugar, vegan butter, and almond milk.
Add in vanilla extract, flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
Scoop out dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden and the marshmallows are slightly toasted.
Cool on a rack, then devour.
