Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter softened
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup vegan mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs crushed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together coconut sugar, vegan butter, and almond milk.
  • Add in vanilla extract, flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Scoop out dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden and the marshmallows are slightly toasted.
  • Cool on a rack, then devour.
