  • 4 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 bag 10 oz vegan marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free butter or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional but recommended

Instructions
 

Step 1: Melt the Marshmallow Mixture

  • Melt the dairy-free butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add the vegan marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract and salt.

Step 2: Combine with Cereal

  • Remove from heat and quickly stir in the crispy rice cereal.
  • Mix until all the cereal is evenly coated.

Step 3: Shape & Set

  • Press the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish.
  • Flatten it evenly using a spatula or your hands (lightly greased to avoid sticking).

Step 4: Let Cool & Slice

  • Let the treats cool for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Cut into squares and try not to eat them all at once.
