Ingredients
  

Base

  • 2 cups vegan chocolate sandwich cookies crushed
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted

Filling

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Raspberry Mix

  • 1/2 cup raspberries mashed

Instructions
 

  • Crush cookies into fine crumbs using a processor or by hand.
  • Mix crumbs with melted coconut oil until mixture sticks together.
  • Stir in coconut cream and syrup until a smooth, thick consistency forms.
  • Fold in raspberries gently to keep some texture.
  • Scoop and roll into balls, then chill until firm before serving.

Notes

Chill longer for firmer texture or less for softer bites. Keep mixture slightly sticky for easy shaping. Add chocolate coating or vanilla for variation. Store in fridge up to five days or freeze for longer storage.
