Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, oat flour, and salt.
  • Stir until a thick, dough-like mixture forms.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the lined dish, smoothing the top.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Stir until smooth, then pour over the peanut butter layer.
  • Spread evenly, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Once firm, slice into bars and enjoy.
