Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup vegan M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cream together the softened vegan butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and non-dairy milk, mixing until combined.
  • Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt, then mix until a dough forms.
  • Fold in the vegan M&Ms.
  • Roll dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them out.
  • Flatten slightly with your fingers.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are golden.
  • Let cookies cool on a rack.
