- 1/2 cup vegan butter softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup vegan M&Ms
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream together the softened vegan butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
Add in the vanilla extract and non-dairy milk, mixing until combined.
Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt, then mix until a dough forms.
Fold in the vegan M&Ms.
Roll dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them out.
Flatten slightly with your fingers.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are golden.
Let cookies cool on a rack.
