These vegan jackfruit sliders offer a tangy, shredded jackfruit filling on soft buns, perfect for any gathering.

- 1 can of young green jackfruit drained and shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce vegan
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slider buns
- Optional: pickles coleslaw, or vegan mayo for toppings
Drain and shred the jackfruit.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté jackfruit for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Toast the buns in the oven or on a skillet.
Assemble sliders: spoon the jackfruit onto the buns and add any desired toppings.
