These vegan jackfruit sliders offer a tangy, shredded jackfruit filling on soft buns, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of young green jackfruit drained and shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce vegan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slider buns
  • Optional: pickles coleslaw, or vegan mayo for toppings

Instructions
 

  • Drain and shred the jackfruit.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté jackfruit for 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Toast the buns in the oven or on a skillet.
  • Assemble sliders: spoon the jackfruit onto the buns and add any desired toppings.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the praise.
