  • ½ cup canned coconut cream chilled, thick part only
  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk if needed for blending

Instructions
 

Step 1: Blend the Mousse

  • Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender.
  • Add cocoa powder, melted chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Add coconut cream and blend again until fluffy.
  • If it’s too thick, add a little non-dairy milk to adjust texture.
