- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Step 1: Make the Coconut Mixture
Mix shredded coconut, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until combined.
Shape into small rectangles or balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
Step 3: Coat in Chocolate
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
