Ingredients
  

For the Dough:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet 2¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For Garlic Herb Topping:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Optional: sprinkle of nutritional yeast for cheesy vibes

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy and alive.
  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until dough forms. Knead 5 minutes until smooth and sassy.
  • Cover and let rise 1 hour in a warm spot (like your hopes and dreams).
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a tray with parchment.
  • Divide dough into 10 strips. Roll into breadstick shapes and place on tray.
  • Mix topping ingredients in a small bowl. Brush over unbaked dough.
  • Bake 15 minutes until golden and lightly crisp.
  • Serve warm. Let the dipping commence.
