Ingredients
  

  • 12 fresh strawberries rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil for extra smoothness
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts shredded coconut, sea salt, or cacao nibs

Instructions
 

  • Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries—chocolate refuses to stick to wet fruit.
  • In a heatproof bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  • Melt using a double boiler method (place the bowl over simmering water) or microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring each time.
  • Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, twisting slightly for an even coat.
  • Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
  • If using toppings, sprinkle immediately before the chocolate hardens.
  • Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
  • Try not to eat them all at once (no judgment if you do).
