  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract, and stir until dough forms.
  • Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough into small balls and place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
  • Let cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
