  • ¼ cup plant-based milk almond, oat, or whatever’s in your fridge
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract flavor booster

Instructions
 

  • Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  • Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, plant milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides, then blend again.
  • Taste-test. Try not to eat it all straight from the blender.
  • Spoon into bowls, top with chocolate shavings or berries, and devour immediately.
