  • 1 cup plant-based milk almond, oat, or coconut
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or any sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract because vanilla makes everything better
  • ½ cup mixed berries blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts optional, for crunch

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar, mix chia seeds, plant-based milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir well to prevent clumps, then cover and refrigerate.
  • After 15 minutes, stir again so the seeds evenly absorb the liquid.
  • Let it sit for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, top with fresh berries and chopped nuts.
