- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- 6 mini slider buns
- Optional: shredded lettuce sliced pickles, vegan mayo
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
Add chickpeas, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
Mash chickpeas with fork until chunky but still textured.
Pour BBQ sauce in, stir to coat everything like a saucy queen.
Simmer 5–7 minutes until thick and sticky.
Toast slider buns if you're feeling fancy.
Load each bun with chickpea mix. Add toppings if desired.
