Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower head chopped into florets
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup plant milk unsweetened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce use vegan-friendly
  • Optional: chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating it completely.
  • Arrange battered florets on the sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Remove from oven, toss in BBQ sauce, and return to bake another 10 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly, then garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if you're feeling extra.
