Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pasta
  • ½ cup vegan tuna
  • ½ cup cucumber diced
  • ½ cup tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion thin slices
  • 2 tablespoons vegan mayo
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon sweet corn

Instructions
 

  • Fill pot with water.
  • Boil water fully.
  • Add pasta slowly.
  • Cook pasta until firm.
  • Drain completely.
  • Let pasta cool slightly.
  • Add pasta to bowl.
  • Add vegan tuna.
  • Add cucumber.
  • Add tomatoes.
  • Add onions.
  • Add sweet corn.
  • Add vegan mayo.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Add olive oil.
  • Add garlic powder.
  • Add salt.
  • Add pepper.
  • Add dill.
  • Toss until creamy and even.
